Payment Policy

Online payments are processed through PhonePe (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets as offered by PhonePe). Some bookings may allow pay-later / cash arrangements shown in the booking flow.

Delivery rider COD (for example Rapido) is payment to the rider for delivery fee — not a PhonePe product payment.

Backend verifies Razorpay payment; browser redirect alone is not proof of payment.

Statuses you may see: pending, paid, failed, refunded (as stored on our payments/orders/bookings). Always keep the transaction / merchant reference.

AVU does not store full card numbers or UPI PINs. Pay only through the official PhonePe redirect started from our checkout.
