By using AVU Technologies services you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the specific policies linked at checkout or booking (refunds, shipping, warranty, booking & installation).

You must be 18+ (or using a guardian’s supervised account) and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and OTP.

Product names, images, and specifications are for guidance. Images may be illustrative; packing or accessories can vary by batch. Always check the product page and invoice.

Prices are shown in INR. Applicable taxes and charges are displayed before you pay where the system calculates them. Stock and fulfilment options can change; we may cancel or refund if an item cannot be supplied after order placement.

Adding items to cart does not reserve stock. An order is created when you complete checkout. Final payment confirmation occurs only after our backend verifies PhonePe (or records an allowed pay-later / COD delivery arrangement where offered).

We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, service-area limits, or stock issues. You will be informed through available contact channels.

Backend verifies Razorpay payment; browser redirect alone is not proof of payment.

Failed, pending, or cancelled PhonePe attempts do not confirm an order as paid. Duplicate charges should be reported immediately with transaction references so we can investigate with the gateway.

Delivery and installation availability depend on Hyderabad & surrounding areas and product type. You must provide a complete, accurate address and ensure site access, power, and safe working conditions for technicians.

CCTV installation may require drilling, cabling, ladder work, and network configuration. Extra materials or civil work beyond the quoted scope may be charged separately after discussion.

Returns, cancellations, refunds, and warranties are governed by their dedicated policies. Do not assume a blanket return window unless stated on the product page or in those policies.

Misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect DIY installation, or damage outside manufacturer coverage may void warranty claims.

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false addresses/payments, harass staff, or use products for unlawful surveillance.

We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

Site content, branding, and catalogue copy belong to AVU Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, AVU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory law.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, network outages, strikes, gateway downtime) may delay fulfilment; we will resume as reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have subject-matter jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer forum rights.
