1. Warranty source

Warranty is product-specific. Duration, provider (manufacturer / seller), on-site vs carry-in, and exclusions are taken from the product page, PIM warranty fields, and your invoice — not from a single site-wide promise.

If a product lists no warranty, assume manufacturer terms only where a brand warranty card applies, or contact us before purchase.

2. Common exclusions

Physical damage, water/fire/lightning damage, unauthorised modification, incorrect DIY installation, incompatible power supply, and consumables are typically excluded unless a written term says otherwise.

3. Claim process

Keep invoice and serial numbers. Describe the fault, share photos/video, and allow inspection. Remedy may be repair, replacement, or other resolution per warranty terms and stock availability.

Installation workmanship issues related to AVU-performed installation should be raised promptly with booking/order references.
